Chav Scum Wanted Shih Tzu For Hunting Badgers!

I have just two of my shih tzu babies left now, two little boys that I’ve nicknamed Smudge and Dr Evil (don’t ask), and today I got another phone call to ask about them.

The scum (I won’t say gentleman ‘cos he wasn’t) started by asking if I had any bitches, which of course I said I hadn’t.  He then asked if he could get some advice because maybe he’d take a boy.

To my horror, he then proceeded to ask if I agreed shih tzu’s are good for rabbiting.  (Rabbiting??)  I asked if he had the right breed, because shih tzu’s are not natural hunting dogs and are long-haired, and either way, told him in no uncertain terms “You are not having one of my pups for that!” and hung up.

Amazingly, the persistent little bugger rang back and asked me to hang on a sec.  Apparently, he was told by someone that shih tzu’s would be ideal because they are fast (which they aren’t really) and was looking for a breed for rabbiting, chasing foxes and badgers.  (Badgers?!?  Which is illegal of course)

I asked if he realised how expensive a shih tzu was and if he realised the grooming involved or cost in keeping them closely cut, and he said the expense didn’t matter and he had a pen outside to keep him in!

Needless to say, I told the scumbag that I thought it was disgusting and there was no way he’s even looking at any of my pups or using any of them for that, ended the call with a surprisingly polite “go away” and hung up.  (Yes, I didn’t even swear at him, despite being appalled at the fact he sounded perfectly serious)

If his number hadn’t been private, I may well have reported him to the RSPCA.  The thought is absolutely disgusting and I hope he doesn’t get a dog.  Chav scumbag!
