Is It A Horse? No, It’s The Biggest Dog In The World
Meet Hercules, the current Guinness Book of Records world record holder for the biggest dog in the world. You’d be forgiven for mistaking him for a horse – thanks to And Now For Something for the photo.
Hercules is an English Mastiff, weighs a massive 282 pounds with a 38 inch neck and here he is pictured with his owner (270 lbs in case you’re wondering). Did you read our earlier post on Dog and Owner Lookalikes?
Believe it or not, Hercules doesn’t hold the record for the biggest dog in the world ever! That record was held by another English Mastiff called Zorba, who in 1989 weighed in at an amazing 343 lbs!
